Q: How can
I call you? What is your phone number? Can I speak to someone before I order?
Phone
orders or those that result from phone calls can no longer be at the LOW
internet pricing.

this will get you the fastest reply with detailed answers to your questions from
a knowledgeable sales professional.
For the
LOW internet pricing (often $100.00 OFF on many cases)
we do the LOWER priced internet orders via Email or Postal Mail,
ONLY,
this is because we can offer the lower cost as those orders do not go through our retail
processing, via phones, office staff working the phones and related expenses
etc. all those things/steps add costs, so when orders are made via the internet
or mail we can process as time permits and we pass the savings on to YOU the
consumer as lower prices.

Q: How much is it? What is the cost?
A: Prices are on the respective web pages, you will
get a reply to your email inquiry with any current updates or changes and a
quote with shipping once we have your complete ship to address and contact
details. When you reply if you provide your; Full
name, Complete Address, Phone numbers and details on your vehicle like; Year,
Make, Models, Engine, Transmission etc., it will help us quote and process your
order faster.
Q: Do you have the product in stock?
A: We are the
Manufacturer of most of the main products on our web site.
The PDC/PMD Remote Package, OPS SAVER, Ignition Switch Saver, BOOST/FUEL
CONTROLS, etc., so we can even ship "RUSH" order items "OVERNIGHT" the same day
that your payment clears,
there is an added cost for those
optional services.
Q: Do you ship
to? or INTERNATIONALLY?
A: YES! We ship Worldwide
and have shipped very many countries! Added cost in addition to our USA Ground Rates and RUSH processing
fees do apply to all INTERNATIONAL orders. Shipping
Rates vary, email your complete address, phone numbers etc., so we can
quote shipping.
Q: I need the part fast, How can I pay? and How fast can you ship?
A: For
"RUSH orders"
we can process quickly if your payment clears by noon that day it will usually
ship that same day! a $20.00 "RUSH Order Processing fee" is
to put your order ahead of the other paid regular processing orders and for the
special trip to the shipping carrier's depot assure your order gets out
FAST!
Bank to Bank EFT is recommended on Rush Orders, or USPS
POSTAL Money Order only sent via Express Mail, or Western
Union or MoneyGram OK also.
"Overnight"
and "2-Day" shipping are available
at added cost in addition to the regular Ground Rates.
Updated
pricing on those options are in an "INFO" email that is typically part of or
reply to your initial order inquiry.
ALL Fast Ship and INTERNATIONAL orders are subject to RUSH processing fee due to
the added cost and time involved and we ship those sooner to reduce order
transit time as possibly there can b delays by Customs.
Q: What secure payment options are available?
A: Bank to Bank EFT
(electronic funds transfer)
is a
Fast and Secure option
($10.00 bank fee applies),
as your payment is sent from your bank to ours, even we are not involved in the
process, only the 2 banks interact making it quite secure, we can see the
payment in our account online and process the order.
Credit card payments over the internet are not as secure as you may
think.
Q: Do you take Paypal?
A: We do accept Paypal on occasion, check the "INFO" email
you got as a reply to your initial inquiry for latest payment details and rates,
if the INFO emails say we are not taking Paypal payments at that time, then
please do not ask, as that is the latest info. We do not find Paypal to be as secure as maybe they'd like you believe, so we
assume no responsibility for payments sent that way, and sometime delays
in the order can result. A
10% (TEN percent) fee with a $10.00 minimum will be added to any order with Credit Card or
Paypal involved due to the added administrative office costs involved in
processing those forms of payment. In order to
offer you our LOW internet prices for the best product at competitive rates
there is no room in our LOW internet pricing for those added fess and costs.
Q: Do you take Credit Cards?
A: Sorry no,
Credit card payments over the internet are not as secure as you may
think.
In
order to keep our costs low to the rest of our customers we do not accept
credit cards on online or mail orders as we cannot properly check the customer's
ID (identification) that way.
Due to increasing credit card fraud these days we prefer
to avoid having to pass those added costs of fraud and credit card processing
fees on to the rest of our customers. Such costs
would increase prices of an order about 10%, so on a $1,000 order you' have to
pay about $100 more, and we'd rather save you and the rest of our customers the
money. In order to
offer you our LOW internet prices for the best product at competitive rates
there is no room in our LOW internet pricing for those added fess and costs.
Q: Do you take checks?
A: Yes, we do accept most forms of checks;
personal, business, cashier's, banks and others,
with no added fees to your
order. We do NOT accept checks that are drawn on
credit cards or credit card account 'advance' or credit checks. ALL forms of checks
MUST be imprinted with ALL of the following; Your Name, Your Full Street Address
(not P.O. Box) and your Bank's Name, City and State. ALL
checks will be held for a minimum of 14
Working Days to assure clearance, so if
you are in a hurry we suggest another payment method or add at least 14 working
days to the estimated lead time for your order.
Bounced, cancelled or insufficient funds checks will result in a $50 fee due
in addition to the regular payment due and another other fees the Banks may
impose. We reserve the right to deny any
questionable payment and if so the customer agrees to chose another accepted
payment method. By sending us a check you agree to all these terms.
Q: What other payment methods do you take for fast order processing?
A: We do accept BANK to BANK
EFTs (electronic funds transfers also called wire transfers) a $10 Bank fee
however does apply, this is one of the fastest way to pay and is recommended for
any RUSH or FAST SHIP orders.
AND, we do accept UNITED STATES
POSTAL MONEY ORDERS for Faster Order Processing,
we can usually process USPS POSTAL Money Orders and your order the same
day we get them if received by noon. We do
NOT accept any Other forms of so-called "Money Orders" even those
from "Banks", as those are the same as regular checks and will be treated as
such and held for 14 Working Days to assure clearance, as there is a LOT of
fraud with those kind of payments, eBay and Craigslist have been plagued with
those kind of scams.
We do accept Western Union and MoneyGrams also,
which sometimes is easier for our international customers.
Q:
Do you have a
shopping cart to order online?
A: No, sorry. Read why in the next item below.
Q: Do
you have a phone number on your site, or a way to order the
parts online?
A: We have had and still do have our phone number on the website on the
'contact' page.
The number is for Technical Support only.

Online ordering is often not as secure as many online sites would have
you think, also it too involves added costs. Even
eBay stores would require
staff to monitor the listings and related added fees on eBay (aka FeeBay)
and Paypals Fees would need to be passed on to the customers, also more on
eBay in next Q&A below.
Our
ordering is tried and true, and it works well, and those looking for the best
products at the best prices, ordering ours via email or postal mail is the way

Q: Why don't you sell on eBay?
A: We
have tried to avoid eBay due to the bad or at least
questionable reputations of sellers of 6.5 diesel
products have had there over the years, and the stigma that is/was
they are mostly; home
based sellers, not serious or here one month gone another sellers, and products of questionable origin.
In addition the added time involved to list items and use eBay's services
can also increase product costs.
We may sell on
eBay at some point but we feel the best form of sales and advertising is 'word of
mouth' from our Very Satisfied Customers, and repeat commercial and business customers.
UPDATE: Currently on eBay is a site operated out of
NY that has had a lot of problems with it's products and another selling
knockoff products made in China! and selling USED PMDs that is operating
out of Canada!
(likely done to avoid prosecution in the USA). More info on

Q: I read some guys badmouthing you on
some forums saying that you are not a
legitimate operation, what's the deal?
A: There are a few dishonest and unethical web forums or
discussion groups owned, operated by, influenced or controlled by those
who are selling competing products
or under guise of a so-called 'informational' site / diesel page / 'online
magazine'=dishonesty!

Q: Why don't you mention the bad
forums or sellers by name so I know who to avoid?
A: It is fairly easy to determine what
forums and sellers operate that way, we prefer not to list their names on this
site as not to have any confusion or misassociation with people who operate like
that. Quite simply, you need to be careful of what you read at forums and do not
give much credibility to such, and if you see a site or user promoting or
selling products listed on our WARNINGS
page, and PRODUCTS
WARNINGS pages then you will know who to avoid.
